The following are several items of guest information that we would like to share with you …

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Our Guest Service Desk closes between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. each evening. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 p.m. please let us know in advance so that we may make arrangements to welcome you.

Our resort is a non-smoking facility. We do provide smoking areas on the outside decks. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to anyone that smokes inside a cabin.

Cancellation of your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after the 72 hours time period will result in payment of full cabin charge and tax for the cabin we reserved for you.

All cancellations must be made by phone at 1-800-937-6621 or 509-996-8000; no email cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation of a Group Reservation* for two or more cabins must be made 30 days prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation of a Group Reservation* for six or more cabins must be made 60 days prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation for All Holidays, Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival, '49er Days and Hot Air Balloon Festival Reservations must be made 30-days prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival

. * A Group Reservation is defined by anyone making a reservation for an event in common such as, a wedding, reunion, girls weekend or clubs.

Winter Travel means snow will be on the passes, so be prepared for winter driving. If both I-90 and US 2 Highways are closed for more than 3 hours, you will not be held responsible for your reservation.

Although we love pets, our resort is not set up to accommodate them. We highly recommend Rover's Ranch Quality Dog Boarding for your pet. Please call Patrick at (509) 341-4120.

Payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa and Mastercard and cash. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

A Two-Night Minimum Stay is required for weekends except during our Off-Season time period beginning November 1 through December 15 and March 5 through April 25. Exceptions are considered depending on availability.

A Three-Night Minimum Stay is required for all Holidays and Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival except, Easter and Winthrop '49er Days require a Two-Night Minimum Stay only. Exceptions are considered depending on availability.
